Thin Crust Pizza

Ingredients
- 1/3 Pizza Dough recipe
- 1 T olive oil
- 5 oz pasta sauce (marinara)
- 4/3 c mozzarella cheese
Toppings as desired (olives, sausage, peperoni, salami, pineapple, artichokes, hot cherry peppers, roasted bell peppers, bell peppers, etc.)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 °F.
- Add oil to bottom of 12 inch skillet
- Swirl skillets so that oil coats bottom of the skillet.
- Role out each portion of dough on a wetted surface, until about 10-12 inches in diameter, using water to wet the rolling pin.
- Transfer dough to oiled skillet
- Add 5 oz pasta sauce
- Add 4/3 c mozzarella cheese
- Add toppings as desired
- Cook in oven for at least 17 minutes, some toppings may require longer time. [Check for light browning around the edges of the dough; the lower position of the oven does not cook as quickly as the middle position.]
- Pizzas can be immediately removed from the pan to a cutting board.
- Hot pan can be cycled with a new pizza after adding more oil.
