Sassy Salad

Ingredients

  • 30-oz can diced tomatoes with hot green chilies, well-drained
  • 1/2 c plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 15-oz can corn, drained
  • 15-oz can beans, drained
  • 3 c thinly sliced celery
  • 2 c halved red grapes
  • 2/3 c toasted pecans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, yogurt, and honey.
  • Stir in all remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and chill until serving.
