Instant Pot Rice
Ingredients
- 1 c rice
- 1 c water
Directions
- Rinse rice if desired.
- Add equal volumes water and rice to pot, up to 6 cups of raw rice in the 8-quart instant pot (4 in the 6-quart).
- Lock lid and turn pressure valve to seal position.
- Cook according to the table below.
- Let sit for 10 minutes, then use valve to release remaining pressure.
- Fluff with fork and serve.
