Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and trimmed
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 c red onion
  • 2 avocados, pitted and scooped
  • 0.5 bunch cilantro

Directions

  • Place jalapeno, lime, garlic, and salt in food processor with blending blade.
  • Blend until diced.
  • Add onion and blend until diced.
  • Add avocado and cilantro and blend until diced.
