Ingredients
- 1 jalapeño, seeded
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and trimmed
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 c red onion
- 2 avocados, pitted and scooped
- 0.5 bunch cilantro
Directions
- Place jalapeno, lime, garlic, and salt in food processor with blending blade.
- Blend until diced.
- Add onion and blend until diced.
- Add avocado and cilantro and blend until diced.
