Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 10 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 6 c vegetable broth
- 4 c whole milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- 24 oz dry fettuccine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c chopped fresh parsley leaves
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and saute, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
- Stir in broth, milk, butter, fettuccine, salt, and pepper and then cover with a lid.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through, about 18 min, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- When pasta is cooked, stir in parmesan and parsley and remove from heat.
- Serve warm.
