Crockpot Nacho Chese

- 16 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 2 12 oz cans evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
Directions
- Whisk cornstarch, evaporated milk, and hot sauce. Add mixture to crock pot
- Stir in the shredded cheese
- Cover and cook on high for 1-2 hours until cheese is melted and thinked
