Tomato Basil Spinach Pasta

Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 1 15-oz can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 c sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 medium sweet onion, julienned
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
- rounded 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tsp dried oregano
- 4 1/2 c vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 loose cups fresh basil
- 4 loose cups fresh spinach
Directions
- Add all ingredients except leafy greens to large pot.
- Cover pot and bring to boil.
- Simmer until pasta is mostly cooked, stirring several times.
- Stir in greens and cook for 3 more minutes.
