Ingredients

• 1 C Rice
• 1 C Water

Directions

• Rinse rice
• Add equal volumes water and rice to rice pot, up to 6 cups of dry rice in the 8 quart instant pot (4 in the 6 quart).
• Lock lid and set pressure valve to seal
• Cook according to the table below
• Let sit for 10 minutes, then use valve to release remaining pressure
• Fluff with fork
