Fallback Pasta

Ingredients
- 300 g (11 oz) whole wheat pasta
- 3 c frozen mixed veggies
- 32-oz jar marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/3 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring medium pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta to water and boil until cooked.
- When pasta is cooked, add frozen vegetables to boiling water and boil until warmed.
- Drain pasta and vegetables.
- Add marina and spices to pot and heat until hot.
- Add drained pasta and vegetables to sauce and mix together.
- Divide pasta among plates and top with cheese.
