Crockpot Nacho Chese

  • 16 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 12 oz cans evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

Directions

  • Whisk cornstarch, evaporated milk, and hot sauce. Add mixture to crock pot
  • Stir in the shredded cheese
  • Cover and cook on high for 1-2 hours until cheese is melted and thinked
